SHIPPING METHODS
Most items will be delivered with our preferred carrier FedEx Ground. All our products are 100% made in italy, and usually ship from our warehouse in Florida within one week from when we receive your order. In most cases you should expect to receive your order within ten days to two weeks. We will notify you by email when your order has shipped with the relevant tracking number.
If an item ordered is out of stock, or if there is an error on your order, you will receive an email with an estimate ship date.
For RUSH orders (overnight or second day air) "per favore", please contact us before you order to receive a quote for additional air shipping charges.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to all U.S. residential and business addresses in all 50 states. Sorry, we can not ship to P.O. boxes.
For all orders for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other Islands please contact us before you order to receive our best shipping quote. There will be an additional surcharge applied to standard ground shipping rates (i.e. standard shipping rates do NOT apply).
Please note that we currently do NOT offer international shipping on ishopitalian.com. For international orders, including Canada, you must enter your U.S. domestic freight forwarder's address as "ship to" address. You must contact us before you order to receive our best international shipping quote.
N.B: ishopitalian.com or Italianissimo inc. are NOT responsible for any additional customs, duties, brokerage or fees that may be applied by the carrier (Fedex or others) and/or local governments.
